If RUSH service is required, priority handling charges will apply. All RUSH and/or weekend priorities must be pre-arranged during normal business hours.

METHOD OF PAYMENT

We accept cash, Personal & Business Checks, Visa, MasterCard, Amex and Discover cards. For your convenience, we will gladly keep your credit card information on file in our system.

PLACING ORDERS

Please submit images cropped for the print sizes (aspect ratio) you are ordering. Image resolution 250 ppi only RGB or sRGB jpg. You may be charged additional "service" time for images that require cropping, resizing or conversion by our production staff.

For your convenience, we suggest using our free software ordering program. The information regarding these may be viewed from our Download page.

If you prefer to ftp (file transfer protocol) orders, please contact us and we will gladly assign a username and password for you on our servers.

All prints returned for remakes must be returned within ten (10) days of receipt. These prints must be returned in original condition without being folded, marked or torn. Complete instructions as to the nature of the problem should be enclosed so we may justify your request. Unless these conditions are met, there will be a charge for remakes.

Information and prices for services not offered in our price list will be furnished upon request.

25¢ As Is Proofs

If you prefer to do your own color management, our 25¢ "As Is" proofs are a great value. Printed on Fujicolor Professional E surface paper.

Images must be correctly sized @ 250 ppi. RGB 8 bit/channel jpegs only. Applies to 2 sizes (3.5x5"and 4x6"). Cannot be combined with other print orders. Does not allow color correction on your images

Please note: It is important you test and are satisfied that our output matches your monitor calibration.

For 25¢ prints, our color technicians will not be able to adjust density, color, contrast or other elements of your files. These orders are not eligible for reprinting if the issue is related to color, density or contrast.

SHIPPING & HANDLING

Shipped via USPS (UPS or FedEx using your account or at our discretion). Shipping and handling for all normal shipments of unmounted prints will be charge a flat fee of $7.95 per shipment. We will gladly combine shipments at your request.

Mounted prints and/or special handling requests will be billed at our cost.

LIMIT OF LIABILITY

Submitting any film, print, slide, negative or digital media to The Photo Place for processing, printing or other handling constitutes an AGREEMENT by you that any damage or loss by our company, subsidiary or agents even though due to negligence or other fault of our company, subsidiary or agents will only entitle you to replacement with a like amount of unexposed film, processing or media, unless you have declared a higher value and have paid the premium for the value in advance. Except for such replacement or payment of the declared value, if applicable, the acceptance by our Company, subsidiary or agents of this film, print, slide, negative or digital mediais without other warranty or liability, and recovery for any incidental or consequential damages is excluded.
