How To Structure Your Ftp Order

Following these simple instructions will eliminate confusion.

  1. Create a folder with your order name.

  2. In your named order folder, create a folder for each size print you will be ordering.

  3. Crop your images to the correct print size (aspect ratio) and save to the appropriate print size folder.

  4. If you require more than one copy of an image in a particular size, please add _cpy0 and the quantity after the file name, but before the file extension.

Example: If you want two prints of image 1111.jpg change the file name to 1111_cpy02.jpg eliminating the need for multiple copies of a file, additional folders or notations.
Please submit images cropped for the print sizes you are ordering.

If you are ordering b&w or sepia images, please convert the files to b&w or sepia before you submit them.
Image resolution 250 ppi, only RGB 8 bit files, jpg (preferred) or tifs.

You may be charged "digital time" for images that require cropping, resizing or conversion by our production staff.
